And while I'm on the subject of Martin Scorsese, check out his first rock and roll project, as he shoots The Band's last ever performance on Thanksgiving Day in 1976. With guest stars ranging from Muddy Waters to Neil Young, and even The Staples Singers in a soulful rendition of 'The Weight', and of course Bob Dylan, it is a concert film by which all others must be measured.
