Review of The Last Unicorn (1982) by Leigh C — 10 Feb 2008
The music is unbearably bad and a lot of the character animation is pretty crappy. If you can get past that, the story and themes are actually very good and a lot of the visuals (such as the backgrounds, monsters, and the unicorn herself) are beautiful and pleasantly strange.
If I had seen this as a child, I would probably be even more forgiving of its flaws.
