Review of The Last Temptation of Christ (1988) by Matthew W — 21 Sep 2010
It is quite hard to say something on a film like this, not that it is indescribable or untouchable (critically-wise), which is not, but it's a bigger than something film, it produces uncertainty, on a religious level, even though it was only based on a novel.
It is by far, my favorite by Scorsese, and the only one I could rate the full five stars. It is also Willem's best perfomance.
