Review of The Last Supper (1995) by Stephen B — 03 Jan 2008
An actualization of thoughts I've had many times. A group of grad school friends accidentally kill a redneck conservative dinner guest and rationalize that they made the world a better place. They go on to invite right wing dinner guests and give them a chance to redeem themselves or kill them for the sake of humanity.
A premise that I do not find far fetched and know I've dreamed about doing... prepare a nice good bye world dinner for Rev. Phelps. The acting is well done and the characters are pretty real acting and thinking.
The characters all must deal with what they've done in different ways. A fun film with an interesting message about political extremes and moral dilemmas.
