Felt like I was watching a 80's B movie, I mean it had everything, the corrupt mayor, the hard boiled sheriff, the dumb cowardly white male deputy, the tough super brave hot white chick, the Evil foreigner etc.
Just lazily written, poorly acted, and badly directed. B Movie with a high budget.
