I love francine rivers, author of the book this movie was based on. this is a gripping story, definitely far from perfect, but the content/plot keeps it moving along...people try to find so many ways of amending the wrongs in their life, but really there is but one that truly works--this movie demonstrates that, so I guess a little bias could be claimed as far as my interest/liking of the film.
