THis was without a doubt the BEST Christian movie I've ever seen. The story line, acting, scenery, all of it was excellent. What a fasciniating look into another culture (Appalachia) in another time (mid1800s) and their traditions, beliefs and customs about how to deal with sin.
Awesome presentation of the gospel. That being said...Beware to young viewers..there are a couple disturbing violent scense. I won't let my 12 and 10 yeaqr old watch it yet.
