Found this gem online last year. Despite being a mega-expensive bootleg, the film is a satirical mocumentary of Polkas, Rock Films, and Lawrence Welk (mostly all of the above). If you like SCTV, then you will love The Schmenges brothers' last performance.
Polka hasn't been the same since.
