Review of The Last of the Mohicans (1992) by Ngoc N — 28 Oct 2009
Epic! I was completely into it, maybe because it's so different than the novel. The ending is as tragic as the novel with the deaths of one Munro girl and Uncas. But I like how it ends in the movie as Heyward and Alice sacrifice themselves for love (Heyward for Cora and Alice for Uncas, which I also find somewhat hilarious because Heyward and Alice finally become engaged in the book).
