Review of The Last Legion (2007) by Loren S — 28 May 2011

I wanted this to be so much better, but the plot never manages to find footing, and so it rambles through half a dozen different story ideas. Each of those stories could be interesting, but in this movie they all get short shrift, making everything feel like a caricature.

Worth a watch if you are into the genre, but it will probably just make you sad it wasn't a better film, as there is so much potential floating around the edges.
