Pretty much exactly the same plot as the first film and equally as ridicilous.
Loads of pointless characters at the start, and later on in the film what looks to be a fight between batman and marry poppins. pretty funny in parts though, its obvious these kinda films influenced power rangers, and it doesnt surprise me that I'm the only person to review this film.
