Review of The Last King of Scotland (2006) by Ratnakar S — 14 Aug 2010
Just watch it for Forrest Whittaker, who becomes Idi Amin for the 2 hrs he is on screen. I have seen performances, but Whittaker's turn as Amin was superlative, for close to 2 hrs, he is the manic, corrupt, ruthless tyrant.
The movie was pretty good too, but end of day, it is Whittaker's role as Amin, you take away with you.
