Review of The Last King of Scotland (2006) by Jared A — 28 Oct 2011
An amazingly gruesome depiction of Uganda under Idi Amin. I don't know what's more impressive about this movie, whether it's the fact that you feel like you've been personally taken into the terrifying world that was Nicholas Garrigan's or Whitaker's heart pounding performance that makes you enjoy his presence one minute only to find yourself terrified of him the next.
