Review of The Last Emperor (1987) by Aaron M — 07 Apr 2013

I watched this movie when I was 10 - 12 years old and found it to be pretty slow and difficult to get into. Watched it this past weekend and loved it. Captures the first half of the 20th century in China, which was a fairly confused time, from the perspective of a child emperor trapped inside Peking's Forbidden City.

Definitely worth the 3 hr 45 min viewing time.
