Classically Brilliant, The story with 3 Perspective based chapters with slight change in details and characters point of view it was brilliant, The characters were amazingly written and the acting was great, The music and the era's setting it was visually amazing, The war/Fight scenes were brutal and badass, The whole misunderstanding and women's safety thing was brilliantly showcased with 3 chapters, The 1st chapter with jean POV the husband's perspective was straight forward, the starting fight and jean saving Le gris and they becoming friends and then the marraige of jean and marg with the dowry and land dispute with pierre and then jean sueing pierre which he answers by taking his fathers position and giving it to le gris while jean's father is dead making him loose the trust from le gris and then The meeting of 3 while jean asks to let marg kiss le gris for settleing the fued it was surprisingly wierd and then the incident happens and then marg confess to jean and him demanding duel for justice with planning the gossip to miss the pierre at court and then the 2nd perspective of le gris his playboy and literate personality and his friendship with pierre and how he was loyal friend to jean while pierre disagrees and his similar but slight changed perspective at events like he's land conflict and the meeting marg and developing love with kiss and her hobbies and later the misunderstanding talk from jean to le gris which leads to the whole rape scene although his POV has him not guilty as both are attracted to each other but the 3rd perspective "The Truth" as it was as named, the marg's "no" says it all,The marg's POV of similar situations with slight changes her marriage with jean and jean greedy about the land and his pride while her mother being racist to marg and that talk before desicion of court was shockingly deep, The meeting with le gris and Marg and the kiss/the handsome comment with it the rape scene surprising for marg it was dark, Then the confession to jean while he is H**ny it was freakingly Distrubing, The Trial at court with marg being pregnent the "pleasures and commenting handsome" questions and her answer still as "NO" was mind-blowing, the all 3 and king settled for duel while jean and marg arguement where marg's POV "the jeans fight for pride and killing enemy" it was cold and the meet before fight with baby and all the things at risk for making that desicion and then the fight it was intensely awesome, The confession at last from le gris although guilty but he still denies was insane and then the kill and couple getting respect and goodbye it was a satisfying end, Overall it was a great movie.
