Review of The Last Dragon (1985) by Ian C — 02 Feb 2014

This is comedy gold on so many levels. The lead character is black and called Bruce Leeroy. He actually thinks he is Asian, dresses in traditional clobber, complete with rice hat as he walks around the streets of New York.

When he goes to the flicks to watch his hero in action he even eats his popcorn with some chop sticks. Serious twitch off Vanity and the baddies are priceless. A mob boss who is just a few inches away from been a midget, Mike Starr who keeps a shark like monster of some sort in a fish tank in his apartment with no cover and a Kung-FU Master called Shogun who looks and dresses like an African member of the Legion of Doom.
