This movie is hilarious. I only wish more people would watch it. Nicholson is classic as a Naval Officer who is escorting another sailor to jail for theft. However, on the way to jail Nicholson has to show the young man the "time of his life" by getting him drunk, laid, and doing all fun male things before he sends him on his way.
Great flick.
