Review of The Last Days on Mars (2013) by Adrian Z — 04 Aug 2014
The Last Days Of Mars has going for it a realistic vibe, with science and technology that feels mostly realistic, but after some initially intriguing moments, it soon devolves into a derivative "Alien" clone that does the unforgivably silly thing of trying to cash in on the current zombie craze.
The cast is competent, and visually, the film does impress on a low budget, but the suspense is as thin as the Martian atmosphere.
