Very middling buddy action movie. Willis and the action was good as ever but Wayans' abysmally inept delivery was distracting as was some of the jarring lack of emotion or connection to the plot by the characters.
When Dix gets someone killed he hardly seems to notice and it set a tone lacking in finesse or integrity.
