M Night ruins yet another brilliant premise. As a fan of the show when I was a kid, this movie was the ultimate disappointment, nay, insult to kids like me. 6 years on, this adaption is actually accidentally funny, mostly because of the terrible directing.
How is it possible that someone once so acclaimed could make something so terrible out of a concept so promising? It's worth it to watch and find out.
