Probably best watched while drunk. Just a little more effort from mad old Ken and this could have been a cult classic. As it is, it builds up a head of nonsensical steam only to let itself down with very lame touches that cripple it.
On the other hand, Hugh Grant chops an old woman in half, so two stars.
