Review of The Ladykillers (2004) by Tadd R — 19 Jun 2011
Coen brothers magic does not work here - it is not all clear where to pinpoint the blame but I guess their script and actors go pretty well wrong here so the characters do not satisfy. In too many instances movie and actors follows well-trodden paths and offers too few revelations Stars go to brilliant Irma P.
Hall who does excellent role as old lady and there is quite a funny twist in the end.
