Review of The Lady from Shanghai (1947) by Josh F — 14 May 2012
One of the best films ever. The acting is spectacular and the story although disjointed is quite brilliant. Of course Orson Welles is an icon and Rita Hayworth is captivating. I should also mention that Banister is perhaps the most mentally twisted character in cinema history.
Absolutely essential viewing for those with a passion for great cinema.
