Review of The Kite Runner (2007) by Julia F — 03 Apr 2012
The movie was frustrating. Allowing for horrible things to happen to your friend, and then feeling guilty about it is nothing about friendship or loyalty. I expected half of the movie to be about him saving his best friends son, but it was a 15 minute long excursion that was extremely far fetched.
However, it was nice to see Afghanistan before Russia and tali ban.
