The movie didn't have an obese feminiet transwoman of colour as the lead. And that's all some reviewers we need to know to label this 'problematic'.

But for real the movie is your typical 'girl has a beta best friend and falls for the hunky Chad alpha brother, who was the only guy she had to not shag to keep her friendship, thus throwing away her life-long friendship for Chads hot bod and who doesn't give crap about her best friends feeling because he's a man so screw him.
