Review of The King's Speech (2010) by Paulina H — 01 Oct 2012
A lushly beautiful movie with a touching story and well-crafted script. It's a pleasure to watch Firth, Rush and Carter play on-screen and bring depth to the roles they play. A grand film that doesn't feel overstated, but hits its tone just right.
Amazing use of color and light throughout makes this not only an inspiring story but a visually stunning piece.
