The Kings Speech has a lot of buzz and is already a shoe in for getting Best Picture. The reason for that, is that The Kings Speech was purposely made for no reason other than to get gold statues from film snobs.
It's formulaic, predictable and consists of way too many cliches in upbeat dramas. It's not bad though, it's a feel good movie and still quite polished and well acted. Give it a go I say and get in on the latest craze.
