Review of The Killing of a Chinese Bookie (1976) by Stephen C — 28 Jun 2013
You'd either love it or feel completely indifferent. A hidden noir gem from the 70s, oozing style with a lead character named Cosmo Vitelli, who celebrates paying off his debts by going on a gambling spree.
Subsequently accumulating a $23,000 debt, he's offered the chance of reducing it by assassinating his creditors' competition.
