Review of The Killing Fields (1984) by Eric G — 01 Aug 2008
This is a rather sad film about the conflict in Cambodia during the Vietnam War. I love how the actor playing the guy who escaped from Cambodia himself escaped from Cambodia during the conflict... just 4 years prior.
The film is shot and executed very well. Sometimes, toward the beginning, the pacing is slow and uneven, but it's a solid film with great performances.
