Although the performances in this movie are excellent, I'm still very sorry to report I found it over-hyped and, ultimately, disappointing. I felt sorry for Ruffalo's character, who seemed be unfairly used and dismissed by the script.
In the end I'm not even sure what the point was. I certainly would hesitate to describe this as a comedy - a modern day melodrama is more accurate.
