I am still trying to figure out why this movie got nominated for anything. The first time I sat to watch it I gave up half way through (something I never do) the writing was so atrocious and I couldn't find anything to care about. And Laser? Really? That there just about ended me.

This isn't a movie about a "modern" family having to re-invent itself. It's a movie about a crappy and totally contrived affair and completely lacking any code of conduct.

I did eventually make it through only to see it get worse. Controversial or not without a good story you've got squat. Just a bunch of really dysfunctional characters with no where to go but deeper into dysfunction. Poo...
