Review of The Kid with a Bike (2011) by Joel A — 10 Jan 2013
A beautiful natural film of an orphaned boy & his relationship between kind local hairdresser who offers to take him in on weekends.
Scenes just unravel so naturally & the French directing duo really know how to get the best of their local locations & very down to earth cast.
The film seemingly is going in a direction & the final stages of this film are not only sudden but impacting. It's an interesting simple film about 2 lonely people in need of one another.
