Review of The Kid (2000) by Raji K — 26 Dec 2014
On the verge of 40 Russ Duritz is at the top of his field as an Image consultant. On the flip side, he is considered to be a jerk, is single and has no friends. As this is a Disney film, this makes you a loser, and therefore his 8 year old self comes to him to make him relive some of his childhood moments to get an idea of where things went 'wrong'.
The Kid has a interesting premise wasted on cookie cutter Disney fantasy.
