Review of The Karate Kid Part III (1989) by Vasco D — 22 Feb 2009
Perhaps the most badly portrayed villain in movie history ruins what otherwise could have been a good film. (spoiler alert) Daniel loses another girlfriend, and then the baddie from the first film finds an old buddy from nam to be completely, unrealistically, sadistic.
However, Daniel and Miyagi give some good portrayals and their own characters arc pretty nicely (although you kind of get the idea that this boy never learns).
All in all, completely unnecessary. They should have ended it with 2.
