Review of The Karate Kid Part II (1986) by Ken D — 10 Nov 2009
This was a very good sequel to a classic movie. Mr Miyagi and Daniel are such likable characters you can't help but root for them. Sure, this movie has a bit of a darker tone to it, but it is still very fun to watch as Daniel tries acclimate to the culture and the people of Okinawa.
Mister Miyagi becomes even more likable in this movie and the emotion that was shown was excellent as well, especially during the death of his father. Haven't seen the third one, just hoping it is decent though.
