With an interesting movie being remade for a new generation, an inspiring story, a good script full of wonderful dialogue and funny quotes, great performances by Jaden Smith as Dre Parker and Jackie Chan as Mr.
Han, brilliant directing by Harald Zwart (Agent Cody Banks), exciting scenes and sequences and a genius pace and flow, this version of The Karate Kid will hearken back to the 1984 version while updating it but keeping the central themes of the original.
