Review of The Karate Kid (2010) by Miles R — 29 Dec 2016

I don't care what people say about the 2010 karate kid then the original but this movie was my favorite because of seeing Jaden Smith son of Will Smith being with famous fighter Jackie Chan! and this movie was good because it acutally had a good story to it.

so it was about 12 year old dre and his mom moving to Beijing China when they lived in Detroit Michigan so then he meets this boy who welcomes him name Harry who was actually being nice. but then when plays basketball with him and doing other things he talks to this girl who had a love interest in the movie then gets into a fight with this kid name Cheng.

but then he beats up and gives him a black eye too. :| so the next day he puts makeup on his black eye from that incident he had at the park but then when he's at school cheng slams his lunch tray on purpose and gets him in trouble so then he gets to meet mr.

Han of course by chan. trying to fix hot water in his mom's apartment. and yet again approched by cheng again at school and tells him stay away from him and his friends. or else... but dre tells his mom he doesn't like living in china and wants to go back home to detroit but his mom says there's nothing left from them in detroit so they have to stay in china sadly.

.. so again the next day they are the great wall of china for a field trip and then dre sees cheng and his friends but he sees oil and splashs it on them but then he gets caught and yet gets beat up again but lucky chan is there to save him and beat the kids @ss and save dre so dre wants to learn kung fu and through the movie they doing lots of training and we then get to the tournament as dre and cheng fight and I just loved this part! dre does the snake thing we see in the movie in that part he's with mr han and it was just awesome dre does it and bam! wins and became the champion and won the nice trophy and now cheng and them have respect for him now.

and dre and mr han walk out with smiles of victory! I think to me in my opinion this movie was good as the original 1984 karate kid. so yeah. good movie. ;).
