Review of The Jungle Book (2016) by Ahmed M — 11 Aug 2016

The visuals are absolutely astonishing, setting a new standard for live action movies, after the Avatar it is one of the only movies to do so. The movie tries to do many new things, while it does do a good job in some of them, it doesn't do so well in a few others.

I was also disappointed as to a few things they cut out from the original, such as a few dancing/singing scenes and a few other memorable scenes. They could've rather removed a few other scenes they added, and new subplots.
