Review of The Jazz Singer (1927) by Tans D — 06 May 2008
Perhaps the most influential film of all time, The Jazz Singer is definitely one of the largest milestones in the history of cinema. This was the first feature film to feature speaking lines. That alone is terrific.
But the film is also a true classic. Included is a terrific plot, drama, and music numbers. Terrific!
