A solid and thought-provoking Australian film which, unfortunately, could have benefited from some more funding. Some sequences look little cheap. This is a minor distraction - due to its politcal potency and some very brave performances, it is one of the finest Australian films of the year and should have been eligible for the AFI awards of 2007 (it would have certainly been nominated for Best Film).
