3 1/2 on 4 star scale. Very underrated indy suspense/horror film, with original twists and a strong cast upgrading what could have been standard insane asylum material--including Adrien Brody, a skanky Keira Knightley, and Daniel Craig doing a very good job playing a lunatic.
