Review of The Italian Job (1969) by George G — 11 Jul 2009
A classic British heist movie. This is fun from start to finish with everyone wanting a mini after watching this.
A chance to knock over the Italian government under the noses of the Mafia through gridlocked Turin traffic, what better story line could you hope for.
Michael Caine holds this movie together very well and is very funny but look out for the cameos from Noel Coward and Benny Hill.
Give it a go and donâ??t be put off my the 2003 remake, the original 1969 version is the one to see.
