A fine piece of english cinema, the Italian Job is very funny and incredibly pulse pounding. Crook Charlie Croker has been left a job by his deceased friend, steal 4 million dollars of gold in a traffic jam.
What results is an incredible film. Michael Caine, Noel Coward and Benny Hill all give great performances and the car chase involving three Mini Coopers is absolutely unforgettable. This film makes me proud to be british.
