Review of The Island of Dr. Moreau (1996) by Brian W — 05 Jul 2009
Not for everyone, but somewhat entertaining H.G. Wells novel brought to film, tells the story of a scientist who plays God by trying to create a new race of people by splicing human genes with animal genes and creating some interesting characters in the process.
Marlon Brando is good as Dr. Moreau and Val Kilmer and David Thewlis are good in their roles as well.
