Review of The Island at the Top of the World (1974) by Scott C — 13 Aug 2013
Poorly paced, but has some likeable characters and a pretty cool premise. The production design is breathtaking and some of the visual effects are great (especially the matte paintings), but the blue screen work is hideous, even for 1974.
If Walt Disney were alive when this were made, it would have turned out so much better.
