Review of The Iron Lady (2011) by Jason K — 11 May 2012
The inimitable Meryl Streep brings sympathy to "The Iron Lady." The film is light on Thatcher's politics, but the more intriguing story, as with most public figures, is of the life behind the camera.
The challenge of balancing career and family and how much one will give up for ambition resonates from Streep's sturdy performance.
