I find myself disagreeing with almost every critic on this film: I think the flashback/delusional conversations device worked. My major criticisms are only that the world of the present was a bit too murky and I felt there were still some aspects of Thatcher left unexplored.

Streep was captivating and not at all forced, as I sometimes find her.
