I had seen this before and forgotten about it until I stumbled upon it in a 5 dollar bin. This movie is great, well acted and directed, the cartooning is excellent the characters believable and it is just a fun film.
Haven't seen it available in BR but will be looking to pick up that version and hand the dvd down to the kids for their collections.
