This is the greatest animated movie of all time and the 2nd best movie ever, after Moonrise Kingdom. I have tried and tried again to find a single fault with this emotional masterpiece, and it's this: The Iron Giant has a fake-out death.
If his death was final, then it would be perfect, but for what it is, it's spectacular.
