Review of The Invisible Woman (2013) by Sandy K — 14 Jun 2014
Although I admire the acting -- particularly Felicity Jones as Nelly -- and the film made me want to know more of the true history of this woman's relationship with Dickens, the film was a disappointment.
Ultimately it felt as if the story was unfinished, with no indication about how/when Dickens died or what happened to Nelly in the immediate aftermath of his death.
